EMCAS provides an acute emergency care ambulance service providing triage and treatment to disease, disorder, or injury within the community. Our highly trained, qualified, and professional medics are able to respond to any medical or traumatic emergency.
Equipped with the highest standards of skill and equipment our ambulance crews will provide all patients with an exceptional level of care tailored to their individual needs. We promote a safe, effective, and caring environment and are able to transport and persons to the most appropriate onward care facilities in our community frontline ambulances.
We are able to provide medical cover independently or in support of other medical providers to any event within the UK. All of our ambulance crews are blue-light qualified, with either the CERAD or IHCD driving qualifications and are assessed as part of their induction process.

EMCAS can offer blue-light road ambulances with qualified paramedics, technicians, and emergency care assistants to assist with medical repatriations within the United Kingdom (UK).
Our teams are available 24/7 and will do their very best to support the safe and timely transport of service users to their required destinations.
Medical repatriations are considered on a case-by-case basis and can be arranged at moment’s notice.

EMCAS employs some highly skilled and exceptionally trained medical specialists who have military experience and/or are security industry professionals.
Our hostile and remote environment medics have a vast amount of experience in working in austere environments, whether that be during peace time or war time operations.
Our Paramedics and Technicians (Tier 1 & Tier 2 medics) have a variety of unique skills that can be called upon at short notice to deploy to any location where their services may be required.
We also have Security Industry Authority (SIA) trained Close Protection (CP) Operatives who are also HCPC Registered Paramedics or Technicians.
