Once fitted you are given the options of a discreet bracelet, necklace or pull cord which can be used to activate an emergency call to a control room and allow you to speak to an operator through a loud speaker situated in the home via the telephone.
These systems are perfectly suited to the vulnerable, elderly, frequent or falls risk individuals, or to anyone that requires some peace of mind in knowing that there is always someone available to speak to almost instantly during an emergency situation.
EMCAS may be able to provide a Life Line Response Team, who will answer any given emergency call once one of the Lifeline operators informs us of the emergency. We will work closely with you, your family, and the Lifeline Call Centre to ensure that your emergency is dealt with quickly and effectively. We would aim to be at your location within 30 minutes (depending on location).
