About EMCAS Sleaford
EMCAS in Sleaford was created by a team of Ambulance Service professionals who still work on the frontlines every day. Over the years, we’ve seen the challenges that people in our community face when care and support at home aren’t available — and the stress this causes for both families and our colleagues.
We’ve witnessed how upsetting it can be when someone has to go to hospital not because they’re unwell, but simply because the right support isn’t in place. We know how these gaps can add pressure on local ambulance teams and hospitals, and we’ve seen where other services have struggled to meet people’s needs.
That’s why EMCAS exists — to put the people of our community first. We use our experience and insight to provide timely, compassionate, and practical care that keeps people safe, cared for, and supported at home whenever possible. Our mission is simple: to strengthen care in our community, reduce unnecessary hospital visits, and make life a little easier for everyone who needs our help.
