At EMCAS Grimsby, we’ve seen where other services in our community fall short, and we understand what really matters to both our patients and our staff. Our goal is to provide a close-knit, friendly, and family-oriented service where everyone — clients and staff alike — feels valued and supported.

During our careers in the Ambulance Service, we’ve attended countless emergency calls for falls among older people, often from care workers restricted by strict ‘no-lift’ policies. At EMCAS, we aim to change that. All our staff are fully trained in falls assessment and safe handling techniques, using some of the latest and safest equipment to support people confidently and safely.

Did you know that in many cases, someone who’s been on the floor for more than four hours may be advised to go to hospital — even if there’s no obvious injury? Our trained team helps reduce unnecessary hospital visits while keeping people safe and cared for at home.
